General bed with Powermatic lathe

A man has a bed extension for a General 60 (?) lathe. I'm wondering if the tailstock from a Powermatic 3520 will fit on it. He has already moved, and I can't measure it for 2 or more weeks. Having the information on the bed gap on each lathe should be helpful. This is information we are trying to gather before it goes on the market.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Terry

I have a General #260 - and I believe the castings are the same for the #160 (old Canadian version - not General International).
Measurements within a few 100ths. GAP - 1-3/4" WIDTH ACROSS BED RAILS - 5.8" RAIL - 2". BED TO CASTING below the bed surface avg. 1.6" deep. Hope that helps.
