A while back I purchased 3 Lenox Diemaster 2 bandsaw blades from www.hastingssaws.com Last week I went to install the first of these only to find that it (and the other 2) had been made 2 inches too long and wouldn't tension. I called Hastings and they apologized, asked me to return the too long blades for an exchange and paid return shipping. I received the proper sized blades on Tuesday! I Just wanted to share a happy experience.

I had some thing similar happen with my bandsaw blades.... I am able to get them made locally. "How come you made the blades as long as I told you, rather than how long I actually needed them?" Mine were 2 inches too long as well. They had a good laugh and fixed them for me. Any good business will fix their mistakes...
