It is with great sadness that I report Joe Milsap died yesterday in Oklahoma.

Joe was a driving force in the woodturning community in Texas and Oklahoma, freely passing on his knowledge and skills to any adult or child that was interested and will be greatly missed.

I can only guess that he must be giving St. Peter lessons as we speak and adding his brand of humor to the heavens.

We will miss you Joe.

That is sad and surprise news. :(

Joe was a good friend and inspiration to many. He was a regular, in winter, at the Rio Grande Woodturners meetings. Very entertaining demonstrator.
We will miss him.

My best wishes to his family.

Erwin Nistler.
