High speed grinder

Pick up a Dremel and a small bit and just do it. It will be much slower than the ultra high speed air turbine grinders but it can be done. It will make you want one of the higher speed grinders. I purchase a Harbour Freight pencil air grinder which runs about twice the speed of the Dremel. It didn't seem to work any better and has a much more irritating whine.
The small electric grinders that carvers use are better with a less irritating noise. The don't have the power of the Dremel and they are about 3 times as expensive but they are excellent for carving fine details. they also run about 50K rpm's. They definitely don't cut as easily as the NSK and other ultra high speed air turbines.
