How do I write my title posts in bold letters?

Hello new guy, welcome aboard.
Unless I'm not understanding, as I look at the board on my phone, all the titles are in bold letter font. Here is how I see them:

And once I read a posting, the title turns non-bold with blue color, but goes back to bold black when a new reply is posted.
