First thing tomorrow morning: Contact your credit card company and demand they reverse the charge.

This may do two things: a) get your money back, and b) get the vendor's attention.

How effective this is depends on how long the charge has been open under your card company's rules.

I'm not sure what is going on with them. They recently changed their name from Leisure Time Systems to DMPS. I have been trying to order a special design pen for almost two months. I have left countless voice messages and now their inbox is full and can't accept any more messages. They don't respond to email messages. I was able to get a special order burning pen from another pro turner who does a lot of pyrography and buys them in larger quantities. He also said that it has been difficult to contact them and that concerns him quite a bit ... me too. Here we are trying to buy stuff from them and they basically seem to have gone dormant. My web searching has resulted in discouraging news. A lot of people are experiencing the same problems. Apparently, some dealers do not carry their stuff because of their poor response time. The sad part is that they make the best pens of all the various burning systems out there. I would switch in a heartbeat if I could find another company that could make the type of pens that I need. I might even resort to buying my own nichrome and building my own pens.

thank you for your answer.
The amount committed is not very high ($ 50), but it is still unpleasant.
If the company does not work, they should disable the paymant by credit card.
thank you again
patrick
