Yeah I use them for both, I mostly use the flappers for removing material(tear out and checks) and the 90 for finishing. the DeWalt is holding up okay for nowI am wondering if these are more for hollow forms than for bowls, or if they are used for both? I do have a Milwaukee right angle attachment that I have been trying to use with a flex shaft powered by a mini lathe. I think it is a bit more heavy duty than the DeWalt. Project Farm did a review on them a while back.

Like anything around the lathe you got to be careful but it runs pretty smoothly worst problem is when the hook and loop is a little worn discs like to fly off quicklyGood ideas. Is the 90 degree angle attachment hard to control ?
