Instant Gallery Pre-registration?

I am surprised that the 2012 Instant Gallery preregistration is closed already?

I logged in yesterday after shipping my 3 pieces and the online form was gone.

Is there any other way to preregister, via email?

Andy,
You will be able to register your pieces in person at the instant gallery.
It takes like 5 minutes to fill out the forms.

The AAW staff is in San Jose now.

I thought the same thing. They closed it on the 1st. I called on the first to see if I could get a copy of the form so I could at least fill out the paperwork ahead of time and I was told just do it in San Jose.
