It seems strange that an international organization the sixe of AAW cannot afford chapter liability insurance. Be that as it may, maybe each chapter could kick in equally and pay the bill.
Without chapter liability insurance, many chapters would be forced to fold. The meeting places used by a lot of chapters require a liability insurance. This is only one of the bucket of worms that come to mind.
