Paper is made from wood, so ...Paper plates here.
I didn't turn it but I made this for the pizza oven we got last year.
Here's one I made early last summer for a customer who wanted to cut things like standing rib roasts, etc. on. 13" Ambrosia maple with a juice groove. He loved it!

We use whatever the server is carrying from the kitchen in the restaurant. Exquisite enough for me.
