Someone I know showed pictures of my work to someone who recommends artists to the museum. They contacted me and wanted me to submit for an exhibit. There ya go.

That’s the mode of success for every creative person. Have an influential person that loves your work and you have a patron of your art, and you are then considered an artist. Don’t ever find that person and you are a craftsman, or even worse when you are compared to someone’s relative who is a carpenter at an art show! LOL
