Is there a guideline covering the replacement of the internal bag filter for the JDS unit. It is easy to "bang" the dust out but is the life in the area of forever if the bag is not torn?
all the overhead units work pretty much the same. In fact I mostly clean the outside filter and rarely the inside (I have a Jet).
I hose the outside one off an have another to replace it with while the one drys. The inside I bang against the trash can. You could blow if out with low air pressure (wearing a dust be gone or mask) or maybe wash it, but have to let it dry as well.
