July 4th message from the UK

July 4th

Paul,
Thanks for the greetings on the 4th of July! About that tea, I think we brewed it in the harbor that day...haven't seen it since. Sorry...

'OK fellas, a joke's a joke but now its time to stop messing about and give us back our colonies.'

You never know, it might work :D.

Bob

Nope, you'll have to come and take them!

That's what my G,G,G,G,Grandfather, who was a Captain in the Continental Army with General George Washington, would have said!

Instead, you Limeys (said with a smile :D) and us Yanks ought to remain on good terms. We needed each other a couple or three times last century......and who knows?......we just might need each other again!;)

.....And hey, English friends.......thanks for the 4th of July well wishes......

Thanks. I've made lots of friends from over the pond through woodturning. It's been wonderful. Now if you'd just learn to drink Sweet Tea like we do here in the South I might come to visit. :)
