This is getting to be a regular feature here on the forum--good on all of you!

The latest issue of American Woodturner featured the work of frequent forum contributors Heather Marusiak and Keving Jesequel. REALLY featured!

Heather's inside front cover spread showed a very large number of her unique pieces, most of which we have not seen here previously. What a busy 2022 you had, Heather! (BTW, we need to talk about what a cervix actually looks like;))

Kevin was featured on the back cover and also with a full page in the Members' Gallery. He clearly is able to find spectacular pieces of wood, and turn them with a pleasing form that highlights their special qualities.

Congratulations to both of you for the well deserved recognition and many thanks for sharing your work and your thoughts with us.

Both Heather and Kevin are doing amazing work and congratulations to them both for their appearance in the AW Journal. I love the way they while couldn‘t be more different in their work, they couldn’t be closer in their expert execution. There’s no argument, they have both arrived with a bang; woodturning finds itself in excellent hands with this next generation!

I will leave the cervix talk to the experts!
