Good morning and Merry Christmas.........
May God bless you all, and we never forget why we celebrate this day.
I wandered out to the shop at 12:30am. I don't know if that was a mistake, but I puttered for awhile, then roughed out four bowls, installed a couple of waste blocks, and pondered over a partially turned piece of spalted maple burl with bark inclusions and big voids.......still didn't decide exactly what I'm going to do with that one!
I've got a couple of sons that are sound asleep and I know they'll probably be bugging me in a couple of hours!......well, I guess I asked for this. We'll probably be heading out to Best Buy today to spend their Christmas cash on all the latest electronic gizmos........I'm from another time, and all these electronic games and stuff will probably always seem from another planet to me! Many of our kids are really missing out on things like......baseball, hiking, riding bikes.......or even something simple like flying a kite.
Anyway, I hope you and yours have a great Christmas day today.........
