Hello to all.I submited a post about buying the Ricon a while back then stated that I would let you know how it worked out.Well here is the scoop. As I said I am a new turner therefore not having a clue as to what I was doing.I have been using it since I got it on feb.the 4th.Also a friend came over and used it,he has a reg size jet,he now has a Ricon mini also.He turned a 12" bowl on it from a rough blank and didn't even round it out on the bandsaw.Needless to say he loved it.All I have done is practice, but I have no complaints at all.So anyone looking for a mini you may want to take a look at it.P.S.I have no afiliation with anyone on selling this.I just wanted to post an update on how well it works.Good luck and safe turning to all.
Ken
