I am interested in purchasing software for segmented turning. I understand that there are a few types of software out there. I need to know from those that have used the software - pro's and con's.
There is William Kandler's software, Kevin Neelyis's, and Lloyd Johnson's. is there others? PLEASE HELP

Best program??

I have both segment pro and woodturner pro. I like both of them. I have found that each has something that works better in a given circumstance than the other. I like the layer tuner on Bill's program a lot. I can't really say one is better than the other just that each has similar but different handling ability. Along with woodturner pro add the 3D editor where you can see a better view of what the shape will look like.
