For AAW members only - we have a new online feature for your use. It's a searchable database of selected past American Woodturner Journal issues and articles. The intent is to make available to members, free of charge, archived articles that might be of particular interest to new and novice turners.

To access these files, log onto the Members Only area and read the introduction note on the main Members Page dated 6/26/2008, and then click on the "AW Journal Past Issue Database" button to explore and download these older, but very useful articles.

If you run into any problems with this new feature, please send an email to this address: online.questions@woodturner.org

I have another 35 or so of these free articles to upload, so check back often.

BTW, for those who would like a hard-copy or CD version of older AW articles and issues, they can be purchased by clicking here.

A big thumbs UP!!!

One of the chapters I belong to just purchased the CD versions of the back issues. It's a fantastic addition to our library. It's one of the most popular additions we made to our library this year.
