Talked to the owner at Ohio Valley symposium.He had a hip replacement and had to take time to recover.Also had a hard time finding a new machinist.

I have called Doug and emailed him a number of times without success. I purchased a DIY chucking setup, to be shipped to me, at SWAT *2024* and have yet to receive it or any response. At SWAT 2025, I spoke with the very kind gentleman that "runs/ran" Frugal Vacuum Chucks and he had mentioned that Doug was struggling with medical issues and securing manufacturing logistics. It would sure be nice to have a response from him still. For what I paid, I do feel taken advantage of to some degree but I can't control anyones reactions but my own. I'd really like to have closure now that he may be back in operation per the posts above.
Oh, how I have tried! If someone has some success, besides an in-person conversation, please share!
