Off-center Tailstock live center.

At the headstock end you could adapt Jim Duxbury‘s Dux Chuck and mount the base in it to match the tailstock offset. There are a couple of You Tube Videos on it, an original from about a year ago by Jim and one of the most recent by Mike Peace.

I’ve found this discussion interesting enough to buy a small revolving centre for my boring head. I’m not sure how it will be used yet but as I have both metal and wood turning lathes I’m sure it will get used at some point.
