Any new, interesting or otherwise can't live without tool I need to be looking at to quench this thirst for the "One tool away from greatness!" ???
I have Trend, it's heavy and not well balanced. Good customer service however. I'd recommend the 3M, albeit pricey I suspect. If it were me, my list would be:
If you are into hollow forms, I would highly recommend Trent Bosch's stabilizer and tools. I didn't buy his Visualizer, but will make one someday.
- Trend or 3M facemask
- Coring system
- Vacuum chuck
I like the 3M just fine. It is pricy to acquire one. There are threads on here about how to piece one together for a price much more reasonable than retail. When health care facilities were divesting themselves of covid PPE, you could find the 3M units on Ebay for around $750. Have not looked recently though.I have Trend, it's heavy and not well balanced. Good customer service however. I'd recommend the 3M, albeit pricey I suspect.

Yes, the 300+ system comes with a cloth hood. The M-307 helmet is separate. There is more than one helmet that will work with the system, but I feel like the M-307 is the most comfortable and easy to use.I had a gander at Ebay. How does this one measure up? I'm not familiar with all the 3M products and options.
