It's not a Oneway system. Cant help you with the ID.
Maybe an early Record sharpening system.
I believe Woodcut had a system similar this - looks like an early iteration of their True-Grind system.

Jeff - I think you may be right. It does have some of the same features.
I agree with Jeff. I have the Woodcut system, which has the cup-shaped socket (currently two actually) in a moveable arm, and the ‘ball’ on the end of the arm. Cool to see what’s probably a very early version — especially since it comes from “down under”!
