Swapping chucks is much faster/easier than swapping jaws. I have 3 chucks and one of them is much smaller than the other 2. (which is a good thing for some projects)
 
Love my VM120 and Strongholds, but would miss my little Nova's for small projects. The VM is great, but its weight does require extra effort-for minimal advantage on a small finial.

That said, this is a wonderful chuck and the next owner will enjoy! GLWS!
