A typical board meeting from my experience; no real fireworks, a few problems addressed in the financial area, 1 or 2 "tabled" for further information, couple of mild disagreements, and mostly a group trying to get more done at the least cost.

PS: For those looking for "juicy" details of the Mary Lacer dispute and settlement, don't be too surprised if those details do not materialize in the posted minutes because of state and federal laws which may prohibit such "disclosures" and/or may also be required to be held confidential by whatever settlement agreement was completed to end and settle the issues. I have no information one way or the other on this question, but add this caveat from personal experience in similar situations.
