I have only used the Osmo Poly x on a couple of things and have been pleased with the result, applying with a piece of the white applicator pad that Osmo supply. I found it sets up very quickly and is much thicker than any of the usual oils. Basically just keep rubbing it and no real wipe off with a smooth finish that does not need buffing. I am concerned about it possibly building up in the small holes in the Burl segments. I plan on using compressed air and a nozzle to blow it out and keep rubbing as I go, maybe gentle wipe with old T-shirt cotton if needed. I think I will start on the back of the bowl. Any comments?
