  • M2 high-speed steel. Traditional V-shaped deep flute design with small radius bottom. Round tang.
  • 6 1/8” flute (now) is approximately 95% of original length. 5/8" shaft diameter.
  • Shop-made hard maple handle is 15 1/4” long with its steel Hosaluk (Canada) ferule. This ferule provides easy shaft removal for sharpening and/or transport.
