Anybody with any experience fixing the digital readout on my Lathe. Lathe works fine, one day readout works the next morning it doesn't. It still seems to be putting out the signal when I check inside the belt compartment. The sensor is shining on the wheel.

Powermatic 2014 digital readout problem

My friend replaced his last week.Powermatic sent him a new digital readout.Lousy Chinese electronics.
Thanks, I'll give them another call. They didn't call be back yesterday. Was it hard to replace? Looks difficult to access.
It could also be the hall sensor that may not be set close enough to the metal that it is reading. If you go onto the internet you should be able to find a manual that would show the mounting of the sensor.
