A little over 90 days ago I purchased the Proxxon Pen Sander from Klingspor. It is a great little sander for getting into unreachable places with your finger or an emmory board. If you don't have one you should take a look at it.........

Particularly since Proxxon stands behind their products. The hand piece on mine broke. I called Proxxon and they told me to send it in. They said they would take a look at it and repair it. Today UPS delivered a brand new packaged hand piece. No charge. Now that is what I call great customer service.

That is good customer service alright!

I've got a question for you........

Is it necessary to purchase the pre-packaged sandpaper for this sanding unit......or, can you make up your own?

thanks......
