I've had these Carter guides on for some time and the last time I put on a new blade I noticed the alignment was off. It's almost like it's toeing out. I'm not able to find an adjustment to line that up. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if so, what was your fix?bandsaw one.jpg I suspect somehow the blade guide got bumped and is no longer square to the table.

Might helped if you show a pic of where the blade sits on the upper and lower wheel. I'm also assuming you tried disengaging the lower and upper blade guides see if they’re not the cause? Also, is the toe out showing on the entire blade length or just a section.

Wow, I got a phone call this AM at 8:10 AM from Keith at Carter products. After calling him back and looking at the saw he too decided that the entire blade guard must have been bumped and bent a little. At this point we've agreed very small shims will be required to get it back into realignment. For lack of a better term the fulcrum on both the blade guard and the Carter guides is quiet a bit away from the end of the lever. 1 degree can make a huge difference as you move away from the fulcrum point.

It ended up being the cube that fits inside the blade guard and holds the blade guide. The set screw that held it in place wasn't seated flat so when you held it in place and tightened it you could feel it twist ever so slightly. The further from there you got the more the error was magnified. I filed the screw slot out some and solved the problem.
