I've been scrolling through a bunch of threads trying to figure out if the Robo rest was ever actually produced by the new owner. Did they actually have them at the 2022 symposium? Was the new owner revealed? Can I buy one?

I did retire from production turning, and selling the tools. It was just taking up too much time. Robust did make an S curved bowl rest. 2 sizes, and they were at the last AAW Symposium. I am trying to learn Japanese/Asian joinery, and getting back into furniture making.

Cool! sounds fun.

My dad is an engineer. Family business is Gray Mfg. in St. Joseph, MO. He will never die from boredom..... I blame him for my 'if it ain't broke, take it apart and fix it any way' syndrome....
