I recently purchased a DeWalt (DW625) plunge router, the 3HP model. It came with the 1/4" nut and collet but not a 1/2" version. I'm having a challenge sourcing a new one and was hoping the collective wealth of wisdom could either point me in the right direction or even have an extra laying around. Please advise, thanks. John

Elaire corp. has them, check their list. They are aftermarket and make/sell collets for some of the more popular routers. As it turns out, the 625 collets also fit the Freud routers and I've bought a couple of them for my 2 Freud models. I've also bought collets from them for my Milwaukee routers, they have some of the more unusual sizes (metric, 3/8" etc.). They are well made and the company is good to do business with. Unknown to me (you can ask) I don't think they include the nut, or even have them. Worse case, you might be able to witch the collet in/out with the nut you have. You could ask them if they have the nut.
