Hi everyone.

I got into woodworking in my 40's and am now starting my journey of learning to turn wood. My woodworking so far has been primarily Intarsia. I've also done some basics - cutting boards, a chess set, various boxes. I've purchased a Jet 1221sv lathe, a reasonable starter tool set, a good grinder with a Wolverine sharpening system. I've ruined a couple of pen blanks and will be posting a related question on that. Still looking to make my first slimline pen.
