Selling a Resparked engraving pen and two sets of bits. Dearly beloved bought me three sets for Christmas for some reason and can't send them back.

Is this a rotary (like a tiny Dremel) or vibrating engraver? Steel, diamond, or carbide bits?
Have a closeup picture of the bits?

I’m so sorry about that. I also have a laser pecker that I’m going to sell with a pair of goggles and a case. I just got my list in to crosswise.
