Record SC4 chuck with Pin jaws, about 1 year old. Record chucks are very similar to Nova chucks except they tighten to the right. Nova jaws fit the Record chuck, but you install the #1 jaw in the #3 location and the #3 jaw in the #1 location. Also uses a spanner instead of hex wrench for removal. The small spanner of the Nova wrench fits these chucks. Note: One original jaw screw lost and replaced with phillips head screw.

William, just for you to know, shipping to Hawaii costs the same than to the Continental USA. A Large flat rate box $19.95 goes to all 50 States in the USA. Also to Military bases around the world. A chuck should fit ina medium box, $15.95 to all USA. You might have better luck adding a few more options.
