I attended my first SWAT symposium this past weekend and enjoyed it immensely. I caught a brief glimpse of Jeff at the banquet but never got a chance to say hi. There were lots of really wonderful turnings to see in the instant gallery.

The SWAT symposium was indeed a nice event. Lots of good demos, lots of nice turnings in the instant gallery, and we got to see James Johnson's trailer mounted bowl coring lathe. James was coring some 36" bowls on it. I thought the vendors at the tradeshow were pretty friendly too! Except Steve Worcester kept watching me buy stuff. :cool2:
