I see that this year's symposium is on record breaking attendanc ground. Is the AAW concerned with over crowding? Will there be enough room at the demo's? I have been to a number of these events (no so crowded) and there wasn't a problem but with the crowds this year I'm not so sure.

In other posts it has been mentioned that the rooms should be big enough and the monitor screens should serve well enough for those in the rear of a room.
I think that people leaving one demo early to get a 'good seat' at another demo will be more of a distraction than a crowded room.
I have only attended last years synposium, which also was the largest attendance and it was fine.
Of course for those who have attended many in the past will probably find it too crowded
I plan on having fun one way or another. It is hard enough to pick just one demo per rotation.
