I am in charge of the Youth Turning Room and need volunteers during the symposium. Here are the opportunites:

1) Thursday noon til 5 - folks needed to set up the room, assemble the Jet Mini-lathes
2) Sunday 12:30 til 2 - folks needed to take the lathes and stands apart and pack them up for the winners to take home.
3)Turning room mentors - provide assistance to the Youth Turning Participants. There are 10 rotations and we need 12 assistants per session. Please consider donating your time for a rotation or 2 and help inspire the next generation of woodturners.

If you are interested, please e-mail me at rickmeier@cox.net with your name, mail address, cell number and t-shirt size.
Thanks in advance for volunteering!
