Any good automotive grease should work. As the owner of an Atlas drill press w/grease cups I bought a one pound tub of grease at my local autoparts store. I fill the cups (top caps) and thread them onto the lower portion about one full turn. About every three months, more often if the press has been used heavily, I give the caps half turn to add grease to the bearings. Too much grease will cause all sorts of dripping and staining problems, so use moderation.
