Looks rather like the stand I built for my 6" reflecting telescope many years ago.
I had one of those many years ago and I think I gave it away because it was mostly useless.
The main problem is it takes very little force against it and it will tip into the work piece. The times that I did use it I had to stand on one of the three feet, which of course was extremely awkward.
Therefore I wouldn't take it even if they gave it to me.

I have one of those stands. I've had it for 40+ years. I've only used it a couple of times, since I tend to do more spindle turning than faceplate.
It is not an Oliver, that's for sure.
Well, it dies give me some ideas for making my own, but way over priced......
