I did not get a reply about tools by English but I figured it out myself. I purchased the tools from a store in Thornberg, Virginia called P.C.English years ago. I think they are still in business. The lable on the tools is "English Iles fine woodworking tools". The tools were made by the Ashley Iles Company in England. They are still in business but Mr. Ashley Iles, the famous founder, is long gone. So I have a few classic woodturning tools.

I don't really know if the "English" on the lable refers to the P.C.English store where I bought them or just that they are Iles tools from England. Whatever, I now know what I have.
