Trying to identify make of tool

Do you recognize the make of this hollowing tool? I'm trying to find a replacement for the 1-cm hollow-grind cutter and would like to get the right one.

Oops sorry not a Hunter #4 badger but might use the same cutter.

Their #3 is the right diameter. I'm not sure about the taper from top to bottom, but it could be. Thanks!

Oops......I see there are two threads on this......I have the #3 swan neck, and posted a photo for comparison on the other thread.

I used this #3 Hunter for awhile, and my purpose was to get up under a bowl undercut rim. It can be used for that, but I now prefer a specially ground scraper for that purpose....
