Does anyone out there have any info on central Virginia turning clubs? Would like to learn more technics but also be able to swap wood blanks.

Join one as they are a great resource. Members are great at sharing knowledge and expertise regarding turning. Our club has demonstrators periodically and what they show and teach is valuable. Had one that turned cowboy hats!
Tidewater Turners is a great club but so are the Richmond Woodturners. I know some folks that are a member of both clubs.
