My choice for Turning of the Week, Feb 23, 2026 is this beauty Red Tines by @Chad Eames. This terrifically carved and colored Bradford Pear vessel is quite the eye grabber. It really is reminiscent of William Hunter’s great work and is simply an outstanding effort on Chad’s part. Congratulations on one heck of a piece Chad!

I think I was busy the day this popped up in the gallery and I didn't give it the time it deserved. What a wonderful creation! Super design and masterful technique Chad!

Thank you, Russ, and everyone else! I've been a big William Hunter fan since the day I started turning, but that's probably obvious. I'm honored to be chosen this week! Thanks again.

I’m rarely this impressed. I’ve been watching his YT for years, and he is becoming a great turner. Excellent work.
