After a 15-yard penalty for a false start, here we go. @Bill Boehme has selected the beautiful work by Lyle Jamieson "Cherry Goblet" for this week's TOTW honors. Bill's words: " It is a simple, unadorned long stemmed goblet, but it has perfectly proportioned flowing lines." Lyle named his goblet work "Cherry Goblet". Congratulations Lyle!

Thanks for saving my bacon, Emiliano. I was a bit under the weather. I have been an admirer of Lyle's exquisite turnings ever since seeing some of his work in the instant gallery at SWAT about eighteen years ago. Besides being one of the best woodturners, Lyle is a very approachable guy who is very generous with sharing his knowledge to help others, especially beginners.

Thanks you for the honors and kind words Bill!
