My choice for TOTW for November 10, 2025 is “Huggins with Rope” by Tracey Lee.

I find Tracey’s carved and textured work to be very impressive (see her other Gallery postings). This piece is very organic and natural looking with its implied weaving and great coloring. I really like how the “rope” texture frames the “weaving” and highlights the small natural cherry center dish. Nice photo too! Looking forward to seeing more of her work in the future.

I’m pleased to choose Tracey’s piece for her first TOTW. Well done!

Great choice Tom! This is such an incredible end result with amazing detailing and coloring..…so looking forward to seeing where Tracy’s vision is headed!! This is a Grand Slam Tracy!
