I am new to segmenting. I have watched a multitude of YouTube videos on making and using a Wedgie Sled.
Some will cut segments on the _same_ side as where they place the plastic wedge, for setting the angle, and some cut segments on the opposite side of where the wedge goes for angle alignment. It seems to me that you would want to use the same surface as the alignment wedge so as not to introduce a possible error of the faces of the sliding "fence" not being parallel.
Am I correct? Or does any un- (non- ?) parallelness not matter?
Thanks in Advance, Jesse
P.S. If I have not used the correct terms please correct me gently
