When responding to Hughie's (aussie) New Zealand chain saw thread a few days ago I mentioned that I was going to be in N.Z and did he know of any contacts. He gave me an email address, and since I have been in touch with Terry Scott (Auckland, NZ) who has offered to get me blanks and mail or meet me at airport, etc. Unfortunately he is 5 hours away from where I will stay, and getting wood onto plane with customs etc. He said he'd ship some to me!!!! Also invited me to meetings, but alas I am not there at those times . So nice of him . I think wood turners all over are nice!!!!!! Merry xmas to all, Gretch

Nice People

Gretch,
Have a great trip and tell Terry I said Hi when you talk with him again. It would be worth your time if you could see his shop and spend some time. Perhaps he can connect you with someone closer during your trip. Enjoy!
