Not looking for the cutter but the screw and little round piece that hold the screw. Sorry for the blurry photo but you get the picture. IMG_9287.jpeg
 
The screw is a #10-32 threads per inch, you can get those at a hardware store when they get worn out or lost. Packard Woodworks and Hartville Hardware have a good selection of Sorby hollowing tools and accessories.
