This adapter has a 3/4" female thread for fitting to 3/4" live or drive centers. The male end in this case is M33, and I am sure it comes in other spindle sizes as well. I want to get another, but I have no idea where I got this one. Any ideas?

Tom - Oneway makes them in various sizes. Packard or Craft Supplies should carry them.
They are called live center adaptors and are available from one way. I use them to remount when going to a vacuum chuck.
