Yes, I know...Jorunal is spelled Journal, but the forum's s/w won't let me edit the title )-:

Go to edit, then advanced. You can edit the title text there. Also, they do have these wonderful add ons to computers, spell checkers.

As you can see above, the advanced edit allows changing the title of the original post (as well as removing the original text cited by Steve), but doesn't allow changing the title of the thread itself. I'd guess that a deeper access could do it, though. Might even be changed by the time you read this.

It may be if there are x number of replies, that is true. But I logged in as my test user and was able to change it and have the changes reflected in the top as well.

Since it seems really critical that the title of this thread be absolutely correct, isn't it really the AAW (not AW) Journal which is called American Woodturner (and might appropriately be abbreviated as AW).
